LEADERSHIP CERTIFICATION TRAINING
An unprecedented opportunity!
Enhance your leadership skills from Dr. Emerson Eggerichs, himself, founder of Love and Respect Ministries! To meet the growing demand for Love and Respect training, Dr. Eggerichs is offering a new teaching directed toward lay leaders, small group leaders, and mentors! This training will equip you with the tools necessary to establish a small group or a Love and Respect marriage ministry in your church.
Utilizing a multi-day format, leaders will learn the most common challenges to marital quality. You will identify triggers that get couples onto the “Crazy Cycle” and then strategies to help them get off.
In addition, each couple will develop a personal action plan, a marital map, which is a strengths-based approach for improving their marriage. Participants will also become familiar with ways to help couples across the life span and who come from a variety of backgrounds. Upon completion of this training you will become a Certified Love and Respect Small Group Trainer.
Dr. Eggerichs’ work is based on Biblical principles and incorporates the best observations from the field of marital studies. Since 2004, the Love and Respect book has become a national best seller and Dr. Eggerichs has become a sought after speaker and authority in marital interactions.
