| Betty Bergen Betty has a deep passion for marriages and works unendlessly to ensure your stay at WinShape strengthens your marriage, shapes your family, and builds your relationships stronger; all the while having a spirit of grace, which is a WinShape signature trait. Betty is Manager of Sales, Marketing, and Events at WinShape Retreat (since 2003). Previously she owned her own sales and event planning business from 1984 to 2005. She attended college at Grace College, Winona Lake, Indiana. Betty and her husband Kyle have been married for 33 years, are parents of four married children, and grandparents of two grandchildren. |
| Keith and Terri Kilgore Keith and Terri founded Serving Marriages in their effort to be obedient to God’s call to serve marriages. Keith has been employed by the Federal government since 1986. Terri has been employed in the airline industry since 1992. Keith and Terri serve their local church in various capacities including marriage, missions, and other ministries. Keith and Terri are proud parents to two sons. |
| Rob and Lisa Martin Rob and Lisa celebrate their 25th wedding anniversary October 8, 2008. They have been involved in their local church for over 20 years where they both have worked with young adults and students. They have a heart and passion to see marriage succeed and families raise their children in a positive Christian home. Lisa teaches in Fayette County Public Schools where she sees everyday what broken homes does to children. She works with mostly with children who come from broken homes. Rob works with an organization that sends students on mission trips. He also knows God can speak to students and adults about their walk with Him and hopefully end the cycle of broken homes. Rob and Lisa want God to be glorified through their work with Serving Marriages. |
| Nathan and Danna Vaughn Nathan and Danna have a burning passion to help their law enforcement, military, fire, and EMS colleagues cope with, and overcome, the job stresses and trauma, specifically as it impacts their marriages. Nathan is a sergeant and Danna is a lieutenant for the Chattanooga Police Department, Chattanooga, TN. Nathan serves as the Recruiting Supervisor while previously serving as Training Coordinator, K9 Supervisor, Explosive Ordnance Disposal, SWAT, Training Instructor, K9 Handler, Field Training Officer, and Patrol Officer. He served active duty in the U.S. Army from 1985-1989. Nathan graduated from the University of Tennessee with a Bachelor of Science in Criminal Justice. Danna serves as a Zone Commander, responsible for all patrol officers, supervisors, and patrol activities in that particular zone. She is an active member of the Critical Incident Stress Debriefing Team, providing peer support to officers around the state and region who have been involved in traumatic stress incidents. Previous assignments include Patrol Sergeant, DARE Supervisor, School Resource Officer Supervisor, Training Instructor, Field Training Officer and Patrol Officer. Danna graduated from Covenant College with a Bachelor of Science Degree in Organizational Management in 2001. |
